JENNIFER HEVELONE

Starting her career in insurance services in 1991, Jenn has served in a variety of roles over the past 31 years including field adjuster, claims trainer / manager, and chief operating officer for a large, national independent adjusting firm.

She is an Xactimate Certified Trainer and holds the AINS, ANFI, AIC, and AIC-M designations.

Jenn is passionate about servicing the insurance industry and finds fulfilment in reducing the traditional, but unnecessary friction, between the adjusting and roofing communities.

JULIE WYNN

co-founder + chief executive officer

With over 10 years’ experience in the roofing industry, Julie is an accomplished operations leader.  Having spent the last 6 years leading the operations of a national MRP, she is able to achieve the right blend of people process and technology to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

She is a lean six-sigma, process improvement expert and flexes these skills to drive distinction in all services.

Julie is passionate about bringing integrity back to the roofing industry through operational excellence.

Jeff began his career in the roofing industry in 1990 and is well-regarded as a leading expert in roofing systems – installations, repairs, product and failure points. He is one of the few executives who has first hand experience with roof installs and leads his teams with an unmatched focus on quality.

He has a proven track record of developing sales teams who have technical expertise and know-how.

Jeff is passionate about education and training. He thrives on mentoring teams on providing superior roofing systems.
