The covR Team are exactly what specialty services used to be- kind, reliable, trustworthy, your neighbors, and never trying to take advantage of you. I can't say that about a lot of companies in 2025, but can attest to that with covR. Ryan reached out to us asking if we'd be interested in a free roof inspection. I was very hesitant at first wondering what the catch was and out of morbid curiosity booked the inspection. I was PLEASANTLY surprised with the results. Connor performed our free inspection, patched up some holes in the EPDM of our roof that we knew were there and other's that we missed. His boss popped by to check on some other items to make sure they weren't problematic. They did all of this for free. Never tried to upsell us. Never tried to bait and switch us. Just good, honest service. I know who I'm calling for all of my future roofing needs. Thank you covR!!!

covR just replaced the gutters at my house and they were AWESOME! We, and our neighbors, have had issues with the gutters and downspouts not keeping up with the amount of rain and snow melt. Ryan recommended we go with slightly larger for both, to increase the volume, and he suggested we improve the pitch/slope of the gutters. They are functioning sooo well now! the price was less than I expected and the installers were equally impressive. They were timely, clean and professional. Would work with Connor here or there I would work with Connor anywhere! In a box, with a fox…(Green Eggs and Ham) what I mean to say is that although we had a small job, the amount of professionalism, time, and respect shown by Connor was as if our project was a 3 million dollar job. It was a tiny siding job.
The siding that had been hail damaged and they no longer make that color of vinyl siding. They had to find a close color and take pieces and feather it in. They did an amazing job and Connor communicated every step of the way. What an amazing company. You would only be so lucky to work with them!!!

Everyone who worked on my project was friendly, considerate and did a good job. Work was even performed on Saturday of a holiday weekend when it was drizzling rain to get it taken care of !

Super company! Very courteous to my neighbors and to me when they worked on my neighbors house so I asked them for a quote on my garage. Excellent workmanship, kind and friendly workers, fast and non-intrusive to the neighborhood. Connor especially was right there to immediately answer all of my questions as they came up. Very responsive.

Connor was a ton of help, coming out on short notice to do an inspection and promptly schedule repair so we could close on our home sale. Recommend 10 times out of 10!!
Conner came all the way up to the north end of Fort Collins, to do an inspection but found nothing really wrong with our roof (other than it was obviously on the older side, as roofs go). He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. In fact, he did a little maintenance work while he was up there that will ultimately extend the life. So, when we do decide to have the roof done - Guess who I'm calling??!! His honestly and professionalism gained covR Roofing my business.

Last winter, we had issues with a roofing company. Our insurance company allowed us to change to another contractor. Thankfully we were connected with covR Roofing. They were prompt in starting the process and during the inspection found some other areas of damage. Their estimate was so thorough and detailed that we ended up getting insurance approval for a new roof but also the other damages. I would especially single out for praise Connor Greening, who oversaw the work every step of the way. He also helped to facilitate replacement of our stucco (off-insurance) siding.
He has continued to follow up for the past year since completion. We think the world of covR. If we ever need a roofing company in the future, they will be our first call.

I cannot fully express the gratitude I have for this company. Connor and his team went above and beyond to provide professional, quality service and the craftsmanship is A+. From replacing damaged roof decking and gutters, facia and chimney stack to the shingles themselves, I am stoked. Great friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Communication is great and the work they do is fantastic. I had my screens replaced and they make my home look beautiful. Many of my neighbors have commented how nice they look.
late on a sat afternoon, had a micro burst pick up a trampoline which damaged my roof. CovR sent some-one out within 2 hours to make temporary repairs to protect against leakage from the forecasted 2-3 days of rain. Not long thereafter, they returned to complete the permanent repairs for a very reasonable price

I cant say enough good things about CovR and Jeff in particular. From the start Jeff was professional, kind, and most importantly- Honest! While others might have taken advantage of the situation, Jeff told me I did NOT need a new roof, even though my buyers were requesting one. He even took the time to fix a small issue on the spot, and later came back to take care of one other minor repair, free of charge!

One of the best experiences I’ve had getting my roof replaced. My sales guy Kieran was very knowledgeable and communicative during the entire process. Highly recommend using there services for anything you may be needing around your home.
We recently had our home inspected to sell and learned that one of our roof gutters was not draining properly. Our Realtor recommended CovR Roofing + Exteriors to get the job completed quickly and properly. I was pleased to meet BJ Perkins, a sales rep, who took the time to listen. A couple days later BJ came by to look at the issue. He told us what needed to be done and scheduled the repair. In less than a week, the draining issue was assessed, scheduled, and repaired. They provided a report which included photos. We were impressed and pleased by the level of service provided by CovR Roofing + Exterior. Highly recommend!
Reached out to covR to find out how squirrel’s were getting into our attic from the roof. Kieran came out and found that they were getting in through one of our vents. The explanation and resolution he provided were incredibly helpful. Very pleased with our experience.

We couldn't be happier. They were quick and once they were done, you wouldn't have known they were here. (and we are picky). The covR team did an incredible job not only with replacing my roof, but helping me navigate insurance issues, delays, and challenges! They were my go-to to "translate" the insurance emails, etc, and even communicated with my insurance for me to let them know that they hadn't sent me full payment. They were patient with me, and so helpful!
